Stefan works as an independent developer specializing in search, recommendation systems and data analytics with Scala, Java and Python. Previously Stefan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ResearchGate and as a Software Engineer for relevance (search) in Microsoft. He holds a PhD in Information Retrieval from Northeastern University, Boston and a MSc degree in Natural Language Processing from RWTH, Aachen.
