Hundreds of billions of tweets have been sent since Twitter was founded. Last year, we made all of them searchable using Apache Lucene.

This session will present the architecture of this massive search engine. We'll talk about how it was developed, the challenges we faced and how the system scales as more and more tweets are composed.
